Hey Gents,
So i decided to take the week off before I go home and start hanging. I had bad PIs last week (dry cracked skin, turtling). I had a wet dream last night, and today I woke up with a boner so I assume im doing something right by taking some time off. Once i start hanging I want to make sure Posotive PIs remain. Can I still do Minuteman's pelvic floor routine before I Hang?, Can i Edge after I hang a couple days a week? And what kind of fatigue should I be looking for in my first and second set while hanging? I appreciate all the help fellas.
