For the past few months my eq has been inconsistent (read: not the best).
I have observed whenever I do a relatively longer jelqing session (15-20 mins) or some ultimate jelqs my eq skyrockets along with a greater flacid hang.
This apparently means that i should jelq more opposed to stretching.
I was wondering the mechanism behind this. Did my tunica get too large for my smooth muscle? Am I undertraining?
