Thread: Post-JP90 length routine

So I've completed JP90. I've gained about 0.5 inches in EL and nothing in EG. I wasn't as consistent as I'd like but what can you do. I'm fairly certain that my gains are not due to EQ since I've always had 10/10 erections when I wanted to. Anyway, I'm not content with what I've gained, but that's just the way I am and I recognize that 0.5 inches isn't bad at all. All of my gains happened within the first month of the routine. After that I've gained nothing, which is why I'm looking to change things up. I want to do a more length focused routine (though I wouldn't mind a bit more girth as well) because I'm a faster length gainer. Also, my routine has to be strictly manual; don't have the privacy or money for anything else. I should also mention that I haven't experienced ANY negative PIs since I started. I haven't been sore once and I've never felt any pain no matter how intense the session was.
So basically, I'm looking to construct the most efficient manual length routine I can, but don't have the experience to do so. Can anyone help me out?
