We have known for quite some time that LAS's increase flaccid length but not erect length, but that doesn't stop guys from asking why this is so. LAS's stretch the upper two ligaments that support the penis, and this stretching allows some of your normally hidden penis to drop down. This inner penis that drops down becomes some of your flaccid penis - thus the increase in flaccid size. The reason it does not translate into erect gains is because this inner penis usually comes out when you are erect, which is why your erect size is more than your flaccid size. However, with the upper ligs stretched and that inner penis now having been exposed, that part of your hidden penis is already out there. Basically LAS exercises have the ability to make a guy who might have been a grower, into a shower.

This is an interesting paper, not overly difficult to read. Basically the paper talks about cutting the upper ligs in order to gain flaccid size and some erect size. The patients who participated showed the following mean gains for flaccid and erect 12 months after their surgeries: flaccid gain was 3.5 cm (1.4") and erect gain was 1.8 cm (.71"). The start size of these patients as a mean average was very small, much less than average, so these are rather substantial gains proportionally speaking. The second last paragraph before the Conclusions of the paper talks about why this surgery does not increase erect gains more.
LAS exercises have the ability to do the above (perhaps not as much), without the need for surgery. But in addition, the paper explains why this exercise (they of course were not referring to LAS's but the actual surgery) does not lead to erect gains.Last edited by rbi99; 06-12-2013 at 08:35 AM.

This is one thing I've struggled with some. Achieving erect gains. What sorts of stretching can achieve this? I heard erect stretches work for this but haven't had any luck with that either.

So it does give erect gains but not as much as people think. It brings out the inner penis, so then when you have an erection ,even more erect penis can come out. Hence erect gains. It primary function was for flaccid size but as flaccid size increase, there is a possibility that erect size will increase depending on what caused the increase. Ligaments or tissue growrth

Tissue growth is one thing, but the paper above went far beyond what doing LAS's do. They cut the ligs and literally pulled their units out a little. LAS's do some of that, but not to the same extent. I have made some very good gains regarding flaccid size, and I have been doing these regularly for several years, but I have experienced no erect length gains whatsoever. I am doing bundled heated LAS's, and I believe it will aide in both flaccid and erect girth gains, but that is because I am attacking my tunica by doing these not just stretching my ligs.
