    I hey pe bros I have a few questions. I've been lurking on the website for about 2 months haven't even tryed pe well I did for like 2 days but just lost interest , well to keep things short I have a 6.5 Npbel almost 7 bp and 4.6 under the glans 4.4 mseg and about 4.7 base with a high erection angle 12 o'clock. With brings me to this, all I want is to gain a 0.5 in girth and thats all.Maybe in length too but I've seen that your erection angle lowers with pe and I dont want to lose that, my plan was to start jp's 90 and stay dedicated. What should I do to reach that goal and keep my erection angle ?

    Ok who told you will lose erection angle? Mine got higher as my dick got stronger.

    Finish JP90 first. After that start squeezes, ulis, erect bends, supra slammers. After a while you might want to start clamping. But you have a lot of reading to do regarding those exercises.

    At first, you need to make a proper title to the thread. It will help you get any help. Second you have to learn typing more correct. I read it 3 times, and had hard to know what you were asking and what you wanted to say.

    Okay, now that part is over. If you lost interest after just two days, you wont successfully gain anything. Nada. Unless you start to take things serious and get a little dedicaded to it. Make a list of days, at least 5 weeks forward, when to do what, and when to rest. It'll help you to be more dedicaded to it. You have a really good erection. 12 o'clock, is that possible? So you should consider doing kegels, both reverse and regular ones. Also if you do the exercises correctly, they wont affect you that much
