    So i read about the TGC theory , it showed up that i should practice my tunica cause bpfsl is equal to my bpel , in the TGC theory post it says that I should leave behind the most of the Girth excersises, I am willing to dedicate 3 months at least to test the theory (my first goal was lenght so its allright) but i liked the 3-4 hours that bathmate was giving me a 0.5 cm in girth or more and i like to use it before sex, also i dont want an extender nor a hanger..
    so my questions are
    1. is stretching enough for the tunica ?
    2. does girth excersises do bad to a tunica focused routine or they are just useless?
    3. my new measurments vary and i am sure its because the excersising i ve done before, though i dont know when to measure.. on rest days ? if i mastrubate wont it measure smaller?

    You can still work girth, just do a routine that is 75 to 80% aimed at length. Manual stretches are great for gaining length.

    if i combine stretches with bathmate in order to achieve that percentage i ll have to do 10 minutes of bahmate and 40 minutes of stretching, i think i sound like an idiot but this is my first thought
