Well before I started PE I was 6 by 4.0..After half a year or so I worked it up to 6.6 by 4.8 (I was doing supra slammers more than anything). Well I noticed that I have a hard time getting a full erection, I don't have ED and I workout constantly and walk 25 miles a week. I dont know if I should restart the entire routine as if I am starting over or if I should go ahead and pick up where I left off doing the more intense workouts. It's more of a hardness issue than a size issue for me. Maybe some more squeezes to hold the blood in longer so it gets used to being full again?

Try edging and the other exercises recommended for improving EQ and hardness. I would start off with the basics and see how your penis reacts. Don't increase intensity until results slow down or stop.

A year off has put you back to newbie status. Start with the basics and heed your PIs, increase and add exercises slowly just as you did the first time around. I assume the first go round you developed the skill of being able to listen to your body, let that be your guide.
