I've been checking out pegym for the last three months, and also doing PE, but this is my first post.
I started at 18cm nbpel (7" I think) and am now at 20cm nbpel (8" I think), the basic stretch and jelq makes me gain length, even though it's not really my focus.
Want I really want is to increase girth. I started at 13.5cm (5.3") and am now at 14cm (5.5").
In the first 3 months, I kept gaining length from 18 to 21cm nbpel, 7 to 8 inches I think, but I didn't gain any girth at all, or only very few millimeters. Then I tried the slinky bend, and almost instantly gained half a centimeter (0.25"), in one or two weeks, from 13.5 to 14cm, 5.3 to 5.5 ca.
But now it's the same as before, girth has come to a complete halt, even though length is still improving, and I am hitting 21cm+ nbpel post workout, but still it stays at 14cm girth.
Jelq and stretch just keeps me gaining length, and the slinky bend has been the only girth improver for me, but now this epic exercise has also stopped working.
What kind of exercises have helped you guys gain girth?? I've tried the flaccid bend and the squeeze, but they don't really do anything for me.

You could start to do some uli's, and other squeezes - this would be the next step i would recommend before even considering clamping. Also, many gain girth from pumping and some ~ base girth from hanging. I have only just started clamping + would say that at least 6 months of pe experience is a good idea before clamping. Nb, any new exercise needs to be introduced V gradually after reading and understanding.Vulcan

You could do more girth focused exercises (use of the search function will answer your next question), but I want to point out that your length gains were VERY rapid, and this may be giving you a skewed perception of how rapid your girth gains should be. As far as I can tell by reading what others have written, many people have the potential for very quick newbie length gains due to ligament stretching. But there is no reason to expect the same sort of early girth gains. You are in this for the long haul.Ziege
