So I've been dabbling in PE for quite some time now. I did the JP90, then proceeded to try other methods.
Lately I've only been jelqing 1 day on, 1 day off since the beginning of the year. I like keeping things simple
Gains are slow and steady. I warm up using the JP90 warmup, I don't count reps, just time (15 mins usually) using very slow reps.
I edge and balloon where I can.
This feels safe, time efficient, and it's easy.
If you could only do 2 core exercises (1 had to be Jelqing), which would the other be?
What's the easiest/safest girth exercise?
