Black means the leaves have been oxidized. Meaning not fresh. Meaning not as healthy.

Stick with green tea, although stimulants may increase your stamina they decrease your EQ because of the heightened blood pressure. I'm looking for caffeine free no sugar added and I have heard black tea has excellent benefits as well as green tea.. Some benefits of drinking tea are immediate. Both, black and green tea are good stimulants because of theine. Theine is something like caffeine but it doesn't have peaks like efedrine and other stimulants, which means it lasts longer and it's more 'gentle' to your body. Black tea is more processed, thus has more theine but less antioxidants and amino acids, and both are very important for your health. Both teas are very good for your cardiovascular system, therefore for your erection too, but neither is an afrodisiac.
