  • Penis Muscle Theory Stuff

    I think we've all read at least a little bit on penis anatomy, and how 40-50% of your penis is smooth muscle (think those numbers are right). One thing I don't get, since I have very basic understanding of this topic, is that when I read that the tunica and many other parts of your penis are a muscle and are a huge component of the permanency of PE, whether that is included in the 40-50% muscle anatomy or not. Also how the spongy material grows and if that could be a permanent effect.

    I understand this topic alone may frustrate people who treat PE as a lifestyle choice and believe you should practice PE for your entire life, but I do have a lot of interest in just how permanent PE can be, not only for IF I decide to stop, but what about a break (taking a couple weeks off when vacationing with family, or if you have a busy month or two at work). Due to cell division, you must be able to grow your size back quicker than it took to initially get, but yea..just a thought process, maybe some input will be beneficial to those who will always PE but want a better understanding (a lot of articles have good info, but it's the same good info and never progresses).

    people always told me the penis wasn't a muscle

      The theory is when you jelq semi erect you force more blood through the cc and cs than it naturally holds creating micro tears in the sponge ( cc the two lateral larger sponge veins, cs the smaller vein under the the urethra ) and when they heal it becomes larger so as to accommodate larger volumes of blood like the bit you squeeze through your shaft ( muscle memory at play? Theories theories theories... ). In terms of the tunica I personally believe that it gets stretched out like say a gauge in an ear, not too sure with the tunica though I'd like to find out too, anyone know specifically ?

        Read the definition of 'smooth muscle' tissue. It is not the muscle tissue of the skeletal muscles. It is like the muscle tissue found in your veins. Smooth muscle does not respond to weight training like skeletal muscle. It can be stretched and deformed.

          Since its a 'smooth' muscle like your veins, Permanance comes natural I believe.. In my theory I think that because of the mechanism of smooth muscle memory it is more permanent than skeletal muscle because it's constantly shifting blood through the smooth muscle artery. So your body knows that that part of your anatomy has to stay permanent otherwise blood won't be able to pass through sufficiently and may cause health risks.. But that's just a theory.. I'm sure some group of doctors out there know exactly whatsup with smooth muscles they just don't want to give the secret out, thanks marketing schemes..

          I think if vascular and pulmonary specialists worked together they could get to the bottom of how your penis gets bigger and how permanent it is, since the penis is basically one big external vein. But just a guess.

              the adolescent male's fixation on his penis re mains constant throughout life. when men think of sex, they think of what they can do with, or what can be done to, their erections.

              like all parts of the body, the penis changes as it ages. the truly young penis-in babies and grade-school boys-is basically a sleeper.

              penis is not a muscle. so, it will not grow no matter what.

              i had a penis envy before when other men who are gifted of bigger dicks.

              i tried sex enhancers, pills, pumps and other to increase my penis length and girth. It's true it increased 1-2 inches but when I stopped using them, it went back to my size which is 4.5 inches.

              but there is a better way to make women happy and satisfied in bed--that is penile inserts. now, am happy because it's permanent. when i'm inside of the woman, she's think i am really big...they leave panting and asking for more.

                Do some Research before you plot a marketing scheme.

                The gains I have had are permanent. I went without jelqing for long periods of time. It didn't shrink.

                  I am quite sure you are incorrect here. Skeletal muscle when stressed through lifting does micro tear, and as the body repairs those tears the cells become larger. Lift more, tear more, repair more = bigger muscles. Smooth muscle cells can maintain themselves only up to a certain size. If they grow too large they cannot feed properly or eliminate waste properly. In order for smooth muscle cells to survive then is by dividing (mitosis) and creating two manageable cells where once stood one that was too big. It is this reason why guys who quit will loose size, the cells return to their normal size or nearly return. But if the dude starts up with PE again he is already working with more cells then he had originally, so he will regain his lost size quicker than someone just starting out.

                    then I think I should start back. Maybe it can help me out with whats going on too...
