I'm curious is that really possible for average size guy (let's say 6 inch) to get super big size like the picture below through PE exercise? I'm a bit doubt about it and still think that porn stars have certain secret (pills?) to get what they have. Or do they born to have that size (genetics)? Please tell what do you think guys.

Growth on here is very possible if your consistent and smart about your approach. Educate yourself, put a routine together and if u want it bad enough you will get it. The cameras do alot of tricks in porn. Many are not as big as they seem and it is thought that there may be alot of PE in porn. Good luck

I've grown more than I would have though possible in a short time. Will I ever be super huge, 8x6 or something like it? Probably not. But all other things being equal, bigger is better, at least for those of us not already 9+ inches long. So don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. Don't turn up your nose at PE just because you'll "only" gain an inch or so.
