so i just finished jp routine.Three months HAVE PASSED. I was 16.6 cm nbel and now i am 16.9 to 17cm nbel.My girth was 15.6 cm and now is 16 cm.What seems my problem is that i have flaccid streched penis only 0.2 cm bigger than erect penis.That means i have to focus on strech.So i figure to have some flacid jelqs to.Any other exercises that you could mention??
My routine is:
15 min warm up
3 sets of stretch up,left,right and out( in between cycle streches 10 clock and ten anti clockwise and helicopter for 30 sec)
15 min we jelq in 30 to 60 % erection
5 min of v jelq
warm down
