Thread: Advice on this routine?

Everyday after the gym i go home and into the shower. Then i start off with.
1-5 min warmup ( really hot water, To hot for my hands but not my penis )
Mandigo stretch up 2 min
Mandigo stretch to both sides 2 min each.
Regular stretch to the sides 2 min each
Stretch up 2 min
Stretch forward 2 min
Stretch down 2 min each x 3
Stretch forward 2 min.
The stretch forward and down parts i sometimes do longer but minimum what i wrote.
Then i do either 100 or 200 jelqs with minimum 50 % erection.
All of this i do in the shower.
Then later on before i go to the bed i:
Clamping (Very tight) + Edge for 20-30 Min.
10 Ulis , 60 second each.
I get an expansion from 5.5 to 5.9-6 inches girth.
This is what im thinking of adding.
To my girth:
Flaccind bends x10 (30 sec each) before i start my girth routine.
Horse Squeesez x5.
I don't know what to add for lenght, any suggestions?

seems like a lot but it looks like you are having good pi's.I would do all the stretches and add the clamping n edging to gain mostly length.After I reach my length goal, I would cut the stretches in half. Then I would add the rest of the original girth routine to focus on girth.
