Towel raise is a kegel type exercise , it should be worked up to and weight increased over time in increments.

It may increase your base girth. I have heard claims that it has for some.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Likewise I have heard claims, but it's use lies more with stamina training and male multi orgasm training. Remember if you are doing intense kegel training to include reverse klegel training comenserate.
