I've been reading the whole https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...ing-101-a.html thread once months ago, and I just read half the thread (meaning half the responses) over again. And I found that I think it's suitable to post this question?
Do you who hang include rest days?
"Bib advices against it".
Then it is written that it is sometimes considered beneficial to have a single light hanging on the rest day.
But I have also read in some threads (don't remember who said so) that a full rest day is practised.
So I am a bit curious whether you - the different individual hangers - practise a rest day, semi-rest day or not?

I am currently three weeks in with no rest days and I will continue this until life says otherwise. If I am so busy that I can't, I try to hang at least once with vary weights. I might hang for twenty minutes but I may add 5 pounds, then take off 5, the add 2.5. I am just trying to break my dick down to fatigue I have noticed when I do not rest that my fatigue is easier to reach and the workout is better. If I take a day off my dick feels stronger and it takes longer to fatigue. It is amazing the difference when you don't take a day off. Good Luck

It is better to hang every day if you can, I always believed every day is best but life will get in the way sometimes so on the days I can not hang I at least get in some manual stretches even if it is only a few you want to keep adhesion's from forming so a light day or a manual stretch day is good once or twice a week. the goal is to not let the ligs heal completely.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I have been hanging since around 10th of April and gradually built up after the schedual on Hanging 101. This last week I have been hanging using 10 lbs of weight, and I can't really say that I feel this 'urge to take it off' = the fatigue. The only few times I have felt the urge to take off the hanger is when the wrapper and the skin is caught and leaves an unpleasent pressure. During this week I increased the number of repetitions instead of increasing the weight (a method mentioned on Hanging 101). Yesterday I had 10x 20 min repititions, without increasing no reducing the weight.
Today I increased to 11 lbs. Right now I am on my third repetition and I still don't feel any 'urge to take it off'. It worries me a bit that I don't appear to easily feel fatigue, as the higher the weight, the more pressure on the skin.

To be concrete: My LOT should imply that I should stretch downwards. But in fact, when I do manual stretching I feel the stretch going much deeper when I stretch straight upwards (toward my face). With hanging I stretch something between SD and BTC and I don't feel the stretch going deep into my penis like 'close up to my ass' like I do with the upward stretch. So perhaps after a while I will instead try hanging while in bed and put the hanger over my shoulder - behind the head of the bed.
Edit: Actually my loss of tug is when I pull the dick downwards, which then in fact supports that I am to stretch upwards to gain better. I temporarily forgot. Sorry.
