First off, I can't even begin to thank this site and its members for the wealth of information it provides for anyone who wishes to better themselves!
A little bit about me:
First tried PE 2 years ago at the age of 18, did the JP90 and saw some "gains", but due to incorrect measurement, self-deceiving and such I won't refer to any numbers or stats. I Remember finishing JP90, feeling like a champ and wanting to start hanging. Built a DIY hanger, could not keep my unit flaccid at all during the sessions, got frustrated and dropped PE altogether.
This January I picked it up again and started JP90 and after 2 weeks started measuring (Had to find a good ruler and work on technique).
Feb 1st: BPFSL 5.5, BPEL 5.5, MEG 4.8.
One month of JP90 later -
March 1st: BPFSL 5.63, BPEL 5.63, MEG 4.85.
Probably at this point I ran out of lube, and as I don't really like wet jelqing (restricts me to PEing in the bathroom) I dropped it and added more reps to the stretching portion of JP90. My routine was as follows: warmup 10 minutes using a rice sock, then stretch left while kegeling 25-35 times, then 12 clockwise rotating stretches lasting 120 seconds (10 seconds each rotation), 12 anticlockwise, heli shakes, and same drill with right, straight out and up. Total of 20-22 minutes of good stretching not including resting and shakes.
April 1st: BPFSL 5.98, BPEL 5.9. Stopped measuring girth as it wasn't my goal at this point.
Continued with the same routine as the last month.
May 1st: BPFSL 6.14 BPEL 6.02.
Added 100-200 Side to Side stretches to each PE session
June 1st: BPFSL 6 1/4, BPEL 6 (Started measuring with ruler that uses inches). Also, MEG 4.85.
At this point I switched to Big Al's jelq-free routine, so it looked like:
10 minute warmup, 10 reps X 4 sets "the squeeze", 3 50 second Uli's, 300 Side to Side stretches.
Decided to give this routine a chance for a month, and see if this increases my gains as I was disappointed with my progress in the last 2 monthes, because my BPEL has almost no change, and I don't think I exhausted my newbie gains.
July 1st: BPFSL 6 5/16, BPEL 6 1/16 and MEG 5. I do not know if I measured girth correctly so I'll measure a few times more to be sure.
To this day I did 3.5 PE sessions a week on average, But they were quite long at 60-65 minutes not including warmup or the occasional edging.
After putting a month into the jelq-free routine with these results I don't know if I want to pursue it. I know of TGC theory and I try to live by it, so I measured my BPFSL right after a session this week and got around 6 5/16 if not a tad lower. To my understanding, in my case, the Side to Side stretch hits the ligs (and I do feel it in the first 100 stretches) but quickly my hand fatigues and it isn't effective at all. In the end I'm left with ligs that were under tension but not enough to deform them, and the tunica was not trained at all, so my unit isn't longer after the session, unlike with the rotation stretches I used to do.
I would very much welcome any advice given, and/or constructive criticism about the work I've done so far.
If anybody is interested in the bottom line progress:
Start Feb 1st: BPFSL 5.5, BPEL 5.5, MEG 4.8.
Latest July 1st: BPFSL 6.3125, BPEL 6.0625, MEG 5.
Long term goal: 7.5X5.5
If I get there, we'll think about more

In the meantime I've returned to the rotating stretch routine, hope to see more fatigue after sessions this week.
