I have been on a consistent PE program for 8 sessions 2/1 Schedule.
I followed my first 7 sessions religiously with my 2/1 schedule. But before my 8th session I took an extra day of rest. On this second day of rest, my erection felt more full. So I decided to measure. The results were good. And there were noticeable gains.
What I observed was that rest is extremely important. But not too much! PE when done right will increase EQ. But are member needs rest in order for those results to be seen, or felt.
I will be testing this theory on my 2nd day of rest after my 14th session to see if I have further gained. If so I will maintain this course of action.
I am not on a 90 day routine I am on a 90 session routine 2/1 schedule. This makes better sense to me.

You are on to it brother. Rest days are very important. Your penis needs that time to rebuild and recuperate. Of course different guys need different amounts of time.Bondage.
