Thread: What to do now?

Ive been doing Jps 90 day routine for almost 4 months. I think Im not having some big results anymore. What should I do now? Is there any routine already made that has been proved to work? I could make my own, but Im worried about doing too much or too little.
Ive also read the article about which tissue is the problem - if tunica or smooth muscles. And Im not sure. My erection is like 8 or 9 depends on how aroused I am, sometimes even 10 when Im very aroused. And my bone pressed flacid length is 12,5 cm and erect length bone pressed 14,5 cm. I am not sure on what exercises to focus.
What do you think is best to do now after these 4 months of JPs routine?

I was in the same situation a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, you won't get many responses to your question because PE is a very individual thing. One routine might work for one person and not for an other. First you should determine what your goal is, length or girth. A lot of guys say that you should do length first because after you gain girth it's harder to gain length. I can't comment on that from first hand experience, but keep it in mind. If you think your dick is conditioned enough, you can continue with the stretches from JP90 but up them to 1 minute. You can also add some additional stretches from the website I provided above. Nobody can determine if a routine will be to intense for you, and that's pretty much why everyone makes their own after they finish JP 90

Thank you both. I think Im gonna do the Beginner to advanced routine now.
But I would like to know also, when is the time to do the type of exercises like ulis, supra slammers, etc ?
