Hi forum, im looking into having a frenuloplasty to fix my tight frenulum, here's some background on my situation:
Been doing PE for 5 months, stretching my foreskin for two (tight foreskin too but not phimosis, problem is mainly frenulum), can almost get past glans but not there yet, soon me and my gf will be switching from condoms to a contraceptive implant, here's the problem:
While having sex with condoms my foreskin "stays shut" and won't retract, with the condom on its like having two foreskins, so i cant really climax from doing it and its difficult to keep hard, that means i have to use a cockring, and all that means a really long sexy time, she knows i cant really finish like that so after she comes she'll do me with her mouth or hands.
But now she's been reading about the implant and how there's a chance that she'll stop having her period so she's pretty determined to get one.
I've always been worried about tearing my frenulum, and that frenuloplasty that i knew i would have to get done someday is drawing near. I've read that many guys who had it done experience heightened sensitivity, many to the point of premature ejaculation, im not THAT much worried about that since im confident you can counter that with PE/edging, im more concerned with my relationship since there's a chance we'll be going from a pretty good sex life to a shitty one and its going to be like that for months.
Its standard neurosis, i know, but i would like to know about any experience anyone has about the procedure and sex after it.
Also, jelqing after frenuloplasty? Can you do it? What would be a prudent wait time?
(is this even the right forum for this???)
Thanks for reading.

Dont worry about frenuloplasty, actually you can be happy to get one.
I tore my frenulum by myself.
I made a hole with a nail and started extending it so much until i could tear it apart.
Though being so stupid didnt loose sensitivity.
The thing that differs, is that the spot where the cut is, is not that sensitive anymore, and your old sensitive spot is just shifted downwards. Its like getting your erogenous zone shifted
It felt so much better being able to retract the foreskin, not getting your penis head bent to the front....
Medics say you should stay abstinent (even from masturbation) for 4-6 weeks.
My little friend was healed after a week.
To stay on the safe side, take at least a 2 weeks break
