I, like many people, judge my gains based on size. But then I had to remember something. If you workout regularly, you know that although your physical appearance may not change, you can tell that you're stronger (doing more reps, etc). I've been spending this entire summer working on my arms. I can lift twice the weight that I could at first, but my arms aren't twice as big. So what am I saying? PE WILL give you a stronger penis, and that should be your main goal. To be healthy. Just because you can't tell by looking doesn't mean that PE isn't working.
