  • how can i increase the hardness of my penis

    I am just wondering what i can do to increas the hardness of my penis, like foods stretches and anyhing i can do.i have average hardness bu i would like to get harder when erect. I have done the jp90 but then god distracted for two months and i am beginning again and yesterday was my first pe session and i am wondering what I can do to increase my hardness from say 6 or 7 to a 9 or 10. any and all help is greatly appreciatedf and thanks in advance

      It's all about EQ: Erection Quality.
      So as Koh said, keep doing your Kegels and reverse kegels, jelqing, edging, and eventually add a bit cardio and/or weightlifting.
      Then you are sure to rock a damn hard gun, somewhere down the road!

        And stay away from porn.

        Porn was the number one thing lowering my EQ.

          Learn to focus on the "feel" of your exercises. With exercises like edging/Stop and Starts, focus on your visualizations while you train as well.

          If you find yourself being anxious about the state of your penis, do your best to counter that- as fear/anxiety are leading causes of ED.

            Cardio, cardio, cardio. i would say you need to become healthier and have a balanced diet. Also, EQ might an indication that you might have a deficiency in some sort of nutrient. Before buying supplements you should eat well. Supplements don't matter if you are not healthy and are out of shape already.
