Thread: overtraining and reduced size

I felt like I was getting a good workout last week and my penis got a lot fatter while I was jelqing. after I did my warm down though, it got small again and for the past week I've had poor erection quality, difficulty getting hard and decreased flaccid size. What I'm trying to find out is did I injure myself or did I overtrain? if negative PIs mean I overtrained does that mean I'm safe from scar tissue build up and I just have to rest? or do negative PIs mean I am creating permanent damage? all I want to do is know the difference between temporary adverse effects of pe and permanent injury! all this talk of scar tissue on here is freaking me out quite honestly!
