I recently made a thread called "some issues", where I expressed my concerns/worries I had and, thing is I already know that I'm the cause of my own problem, and I got really good advice from good people here that I'm very grateful for.
Here's something I am very curious about though...Is it possible that if a beginner, could possibly "ruin" his chances of acquiring gains?
As in...being to wreckless, injury, not doing exercises properly and such?
Or does the injury has to be something very very serious and complicated to um i guess reflect to this kind of situation?
I ask cause...I'm kinda stressed out about it, Ive been doing PE exercises improperly and I'm taking some time as break, just to relax and be ok,
I have this mildly seldom painful sting in the inner penis, between scrotum and anus not as of right now but sometimes I feel it, and around the sides (possibly ligs?) and my penis is very flaccid (turtling? i think its called) and i hope I can go back to actually having an erection in the morning...which I haven't in a while....and I'm kinda scared..
if anything, hell i admit im madly freaking out...tremendously cause im already a bit insecure about my size and that was my dedication and drive to get into pe...is it possible that because of my stupidity i will never be able to gain?
Even if I do take 1 or 2 weeks off and go carefully into the JP90 beginner routine for example, no hope? or should I still stay optimistic?

1- go to an urologist and let him tell you you're OK - you probably are but we can't tell you
2- forget about PE until you are 100% (read and study PE)
3- restart when completely 100%

I totally feel you after taking some drug during PE i couldn't get it up and i started thinking inmedeatly about suicide, so i called my friend who's a doctor and she said everything will be fine. Ad yea i was just really anxious. I wouldn't say specifically waste your money with an urologist if you had no issues regarding Penis broken yet. This is the way all beginners think. If you worry too much warm up for 5 minutes before every session, don't jelq after the second month or so. Start out with some stretching exercises. 5 mins each side and 5 front with 30 seconds rest. During the rest do helicopters to bet blood flow back.
after seeing some actual gains youll get very exited and forget about whatever your mind makes up.
Remember train your way up and youll be ok

Woah. Everyone chill out, no offense but some advice so far has been wayyyy too strong. Theres no need to see a urologist, and Herpes? Come on man. Even without this thread I can personally guarantee you 100% geral does not have herpes.
Symptoms are common signs of slightly overtraining- general soreness, lack of errections and morning wood, turtling. These happen to nearly all PEers at some stage, you've gone a bit too hard, strained something but taking some time off PE and masturbation and things will clear up in no time. If its still sore after a week take another week off.
After you've healed up you'll be totally able to gain again and PE will be safe and fine, its good to know your limits and this will be a reminder to not overdo things.
If it was anything majorly damaged you would be in a lot of pain or there would be other signs.
I know people mean well but saying to go to a urologist for this is a bit of a scary piece of advice. Its like if a kid scraped his knee and the knee scabbed over but looked a wee bit funny. Any mum would know to clean it and antiseptic it etc which is all it needs, theres no need to go to a doctor for it.I'm back!
