Erections can and do vary in hardness, between 0% and 100% . Just as the amount of sexual excitement can vary.

If its what I think it is, just do DE removal techniques- cut off from porn and jerking off for a solid week or two and you'll see it changing to harder more. When you do jerk off use a really light grip and when you're finishing make sure you don't clench harder or go uber quick.
