    Started on monday my new routine. monday, tuesday, thursday and friday I warm wrap 5min stretch 5min warm wrap 5min jelq 10min with squeezes at 5 min intervals then finish with a cool down with cool water and a stretch followed by kegels 30sec on 30sec off for 5 sets. already looking fuller, lasting longer and have better EQ excited to see what more PE has in store.

    You may want to wait awhile before introducing squeezes. Take a few weeks to condition your unit first or you run a high risk of injury, squeezes are considered an advanced exercise. Also browse through the PreE stickies and read up on minutemans kegel routines, you'll thank yourself later for starting with a comprehensive and balanced kegel routine and not picking it up months from now.
