Been reading on this forum for a while, doing JP90, currently in week 3. All positive PIs etc... Just come across the sub forum about PE injures and quite a lot of people are speaking about hard flacid and this is something I don't want!
I want to carry on but want to avoid that like the plague! What's the best way to avoid hard flacid? I always warm up in the shower for 15mins and use a hot wrap when im out and stretch well...
any advice would be great

Overstretching can be detrimental too. Do not overstretch or overexercise. As you PE, you will learn your limits and shouldn't force past them. Moderation is key: do not do too little or too much. Most people with hard flaccid seem to have a predisposition for it. Don't worry, stress can't help anything either.

What the hell is a hard flaccid? That's like saying my wife is "wet dry". It just doesn't make any sense.

You're talking about the bane of many Pe'ers. Hard flaccid can come from overdoing with your Pe efforts. Whether that is being overzealous and impatient and not following your PI's or embarking on a program too advanced at your current stage of development. Essentially, your penis will appear harder and swollen while in it's flaccid state. Some people mention coldness as well in the penis in the hard flaccid state.
Many many threads on hard flaccid. ........AVOID hard flaccid as best you can . It will only slow you down in your program as some time off is needed to recover.
