Hi everyone. About 2 years ago I discovered PE. I began doing JP's beginner Routine to a T. I noticed some EQ enhancement but I never finished all the way to the 90 days. I now have the time and will be able to pick PE back up. This time I'm going to stick with it, but my question is that because of my time off should I start with JP's routine again? Another question is that I've seen people starting with only 10 mins of jelqing. JP's routine was a total of about 30-40 minutes, as it is 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs. Stretching and warming up totals about an hour. I was just looking for some advice on both of these questions. Thanks so much!
