I just started training girth about a month ago and for the first three weeks i did it everyday because i thought i was too skinny. Then changed my routine for two days on and one off and added ULIs as well. Well, after this i woke up with this boner that wouldnt go away it was so hard like i didn't have to kegel to get it 105 % and i measured it and realize ive grown 1/4 on girth and length But after this day i havent been able to get the same erection.. Did it really grow? Or was this and after training effect???
I new on girth so i need some advice on gains. Are they supposed to stay? Or do they fluctuate even if your like 9 inches???
