I try it for 15 until 20 minute and your dick start to getting cold. so don't hold clamping for long time. I prefer do an Uli for gaining my girth.. check this Ultimate Uli.. I have try it and it works although i feel a little sorePlease check My Gain

I personally am going to never go much beyond 5 min clamping sets -i think the benefit comes from the achievement of expansion not from time under expansion. Many do longer but with clamping i am very cautious :-)Vulcan

keep it under 5 minutes in the very beginning. Maybe several times a day on the day you decide to clamp on. Do your helicopter shakes to get blood back in. Nothing should hurt and if it feels wrong, then it is wrong. Common sense here,,,,even if you experiment COMMON SENSE. Look up lots of stuff in the PE gym about clamping.
