    How much time do you need to spend on PE to gain multiple inches? 11x7 has said in a few threads that he used to spend 2 hours or more every day.

    How long does it take to ramp up to that type of a routine?

    I really haven't made any significant gains in the past 3 years (only .25-.375 in length) (almost nothing in girth) and I really want to make the transition from big to really big. My goal for the next year is to go from 7.1x5.4 to 7.6x5.7.

    How much time do I need to spend in order to achieve this?

    ive gained 1.1 in length and 0.4 in girth in the past 8 months. doing about 25-35 mins. 2 days on 1 off. ive never personally ramped up my routine, ive just stayed consistent

    I spend alot of time on pe. I have gained 2 inches in a year. I started when I was 19. Im actually going to start a week off today though. I just got done with my routine and I just feel like I need to take a good break and just relax.

    That's incredible gains, bro! May I ask, have you noticed any stretch marks or anything like that for gaining that much so quickly?

    I just implimented a new routine that focuses on 1 morning workout of 5 min, and an evening workout of 20-30 min.

    The morning workout is everyday. The evening workout is 4 times a week, possibly 3-5 depending on EQ.

    It's been one week and my EQ is through the roof. I gained a little BPFSL, up from 7.6 to 7.7. I'd also say I'm close to hitting 5.5 MEG and 7.3 BPEL.

    Generally speaking flaccid gains preceed erect gains. I'll stick to this routine for another couple of weeks and increase my evening workout to 30-40 min. Eventually I want to get over 60 minutes 4-5 times a week with a daily 10 minute mini workout as I feel this is where people have made significant gains.

    If you use cocoa butter lotion you can prevent stretch marks. Or any vitamin c creams. I know this from when I was overweight and had stretch marks on my stomach, now they are virtually gone. But you can prevent them from happening by keeping your skin healthy and pliable.

    I've had stretch marks for years now already. I don't think there is much I can do about it now.
