Hello, im a begginer and as a begginer i have a couple of questions which i havent made clear yet.
-Let's say person X gains 1 inch in length and 0.5 inches in girth in 6 months. That was his goal and he achieved it. If he stops, is he going to lose all his gains? What is he supposed to do in order to maintain his gains? Any maintenance routines out there? Person X would also not want to PE for the rest of his life.
-I've heard that you should do your stamina exercises (kegels, reverse kegels, super kegels etc) 3 times a week. Does it matter if they sometimes are on the same day as your PE? is it better? is it worse? is it irrelevant? anyone has any good stamina routines for begginers? Stamina exercises are the ones who help your EQ right?
-is a 2 days on 1 day off better or 5 days on 1 day off better?
-When you jelq, is it ok if you dont start at the very base of the penis? its hard to grab it there due to the legs
