  • How many kegels is enough?

    I've been forgetting to do kegel exercises and have recently restarted. Muscle memory seems to be working because I can do them much better than when I first started five years ago even though I've gone more than a year without incorporating them in my workouts. My question is how many is enough? I could feasibly do 1000 a day just while I'm driving but that seems like it might be way more than would be useful to do. Anyone have any data on this - not just personal speculation?

    Do it as much as possible but not without doing reverse kegels in your routine as well. Otherwise your PC muscles get too firm and they will squeeze against your prostate causing premature ejaculation. It's about being able to control your PC's as second nature. Once you can master your climax then its about maintaining your muscles rather than increasing otherwise they overdevelop. Doing towel lifts will help get them strong but don't over do it. It's just like any other weight lifting regime, if you work too hard you can do more damage than good.

        It probably depends on your goals. Your dick will thank you for each one you do. It's nice being with the wife and after 7 years having orgasms which are stronger each time.

            Eq increase , anti pre e, mmo,dry orgasm, anti ed ,general health , sports uses of various sorts ( I include martial arts in this) ,pe,varoius female issues, toilet issues, no doubts others.
