Hey guys.

So i was wondering about reverse kegel, when do you see the result in bed? I have done a 1 day on 1 day off routine, but i just can't feel the results yet, i have done it for about 1.5 month now.

So i started out with a clamping routine, because i finally got my cable clamps, which is awesome!
So i was wondering, do you think that doing reverse kegel while clamped is beneficial? Because i saw a little more expansion while clamped.

By the way, i do a 3 set of 10 minutes clamping. clamp only routine.
