Thread: Quick but effective?

What's up everyone, I'm not sure if anyone is in the same boat as me but I'm wondering if anyone has a quick and effective exercise routine. Since I'm living with my girlfriend, sometimes I find it hard to get a full workout in without her getting suspicious as to what I'm doing. She doesn't know about me and PE, I'm kinda letting my results sneak up on her. So any chance I know she'll be gone for a bit I'll do my full workout, but most of the time she's there and I don't want to miss out on my daily exercising. Any thoughts or ideas appreciated!

The more intense regimens like the "jelq Free Routine" should allow you to train on a time budget. Optimally, you'll want to do your stamina work immediately after training, but if you're sexually active enough to compensate you can forgo doing stamina exercises (e.g.- kegels, edging/Stop and Starts).Want a FREE month of coaching for your training?
