  • Flaccid versus erect gains

I was just wondering something about the difference between flaccid and erect gains. If you start seeing great flaccid gains does this generally mean that erect gains are on their way too, or can the two be totally unrelated? Any personal experiences or the science behind it would be greatly appreciated.

My observation is that they tend to grow together up to a certain point. For example, a plateau in erect gains doesn't necessarily mean a plateau in flaccid gains.
Also, most veteran PErs notice that the longer they PE (measured in years), the closer the flaccid becomes in size to the erect size. This would mean that the link is pretty weak between the two.

I would much rather get erect gains than flaccis...I did some PE years ago and most of my gains....very minimal...were erect...

        They are both great gains
        BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
        MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
        CI:1.5 -2.5
        Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
        275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume

I was just going to post about the same thing, reason being, I've seen about half an inch flaccid gain over the past month but none in erect length. Pleased about the flaccid gains which I can only assume have come around from being diligent and regular with basic stretches. However, I'm targeting dem erect gainZ!

I'm incorporating some basic erect stretches and supra slammers to try and hit erect length. Whether that's a reasonable plan of action... I don't know haha. Maybe a wiser PE machine can say? [ Are you a wise PE master? Insert comment below ]

After three plus years, my flaccid is only slightly longer and somewhat fatter than when I started. I do tend to turtle a lot. However, my flaccid stretched length is up by over an inch from when I started.

I wish my BPEL could catch up with my BPFSL!

Would put me at around 7.4"!!

                What about TGC theory?

Well, the TGC theory can't be applied to me. My BPFSL is more .5 greater than my BPEL, yet my EQ is (just not the recent days however) always 9/10-10/10.

In my case, the theory is flawed

My flaccid is the most obvious size increase. I started at 2 inches now it's 6. My erect was 6 (I think), now I'm 7.75. I have gone from a tiny button flaccid to a shower.

How long did that take? Also would you mind sharing your routine & exercises?

My flaccid gains developed fast, within the first year my stump literally developed a hang. I'd never had that before. I started with JP90 newbie routine. As soon as it was finished, I started hanging and clamping. My hanging routine has changed over time to adjust to my schedule; I started with SD (straight down) and last year I started fulcrum hanging (right side, left side, straight) 20 mins each side. Since I'm naturally girthy, I only clamp on weekends with 2 or 3 20 min sessions.
