i'm a beginner and I wanted to know the actual routine and list of exercise that ought do.
And I wanted to ask is there any hazard by doing it daily or should I do it daily to get quick result

Welcome, try this first;
It is probably almost always best to start slow to be injury free.
Some people claim to have good results either way. Don't hurt yourself. Try this;
