During manual stretches does anyone experiment with "aiming" the stretch into different parts of the pelvis? Anyone who's used a whip or done work with rope might know what I mean here - not overtly changing the angle of the pull so much as changing where the tension is aimed along the line. Even just sticking with a straight-out stretch I'm trying to pull from different "depths" in the pelvis by visualizing where the tension of the pull settles...if that makes sense

Are there better or worse spots to aim the stretch? I'm curious where the expert PE'ers focus their stretches and why.
