  • Should I be hard for all clamping sets?

    Doing three sets of clamping (10 minutes on, 10 minutes off) yesterday, I was super hard during the first set; however, during the second and third sets, the erection died down a bit, although I did mantain the same measurements throughout each set. Is this okay or should I wait longer in between sets?
