I was having difficulting maintaining a good erection level when trying to do squeezes and Uli's. I found that interleveing or supersetting jelqs along with sets of squeezes works well. I jelq for 3-5 minutes until erection level is at 70% - 90%, then do a set of 10 squeezes for 5 second holds. by the 10th squeeze, the erection has worked its way down to 50%, so 2-3 minutes of jelqs helps refresh the erection back up to 70-90%.
