Thread: My plumpness decreased.

Alright so in the beginning of my routine, afterwards, and pretty much throughout the whole day, I seemed to hang lower and feel more plump. Not so much on rest days.
Now, about 4 weeks later, after I do a routine, it either doesn't do that anymore, or not very much.

I bet if you take a little rest time, about a week, you'll see an improvement. (extremely cold weather can cause shrinkage).

What do you think about that week off being so early in the game? (1 month of jp90)

You will lose some temp gains but no permanent loss. You should be fine.

What is the longest duration you have rested since starting the JP program? For me it was about 3 days of rest that introduced positive EQ and plump flaccid hang again. Play it day by day, but I would assume at a minimum of 3 days.

Bnip- I think the longest I went was 4 days.
BigO- since beginning, I gained 0.2 in length, within the last month. Should I expect to lose this?
If I did lose it, would I be able to gained it back easier?
