I was thinking of hanging after my normal routine of jelqs and stretches. What do you guys think ?

By the way i have been following the routine mentioned in my post and it works very well for me. Though, i have to mention that fatigue sets in faster than it would if i directly started hanging.
I am using a sock hanger with a weight attached to one end of the sock with a shoe lace.Last edited by Sir_Laid_A_Lot; 09-18-2013, 05:25 AM.
