ive just finished my 1st week of PE after going on a decon break, was planning a break of just 2-3 weeks but ended up doing 1 1/2 months, but back now and keen as mustard to get back to my routine.
i decided on the break after feeling like i hit a "wall" and wasnt gaining anymore so needed the time to repair my mind and re-energize my enthusiasm .
after my 1 1/2 month break ive lost less than 1/4in in length wich was a nice surprise
but sadly lost most if not all my girth and flacid hang gains
but i remember reading some where that those "lost" gains are easier to claim back than they were to gain in the 1st place?
anybody know if this is correct?
