Hi all, this might not be a new idea, after many years of PE I have settled with three types of workouts I focus on girth throughout my routines, a fat dick gives most pleasure for both IMO.
My girth theory goes: Expand the tunica for faster growth. The tunica MUST be the limit over time.
This theory does: NOT apply to beginners! 6 month in. Trespassing could result in a destroyed dick.
Feels good? Dont thinks so...
So..this is my idea.
Ulis/Edging - Time: 10-20min. But, I do not have a specific occasion when I do these. Any time
I have left over and feel horny. BUT I rarely cum! I get 100% hard and hold my ok grip, left hand, palm
face pubic bone, and I stroke it to keep it enlarged. Without warmups.
jelqing - Time: 30min 2-3 times a week. Doing warmups of course! As usual for adding more "flesh" length and girth.
Shakes - Helicopter shakes as many as I can fit throughout the day. This gives better circulation and
speeds up the recovery process. So I can do ULIs the same day. Just a theory but if feels better.
By doing ULIs through out the day(I do have a day job, so these happens after work, fit like 2-3), the tunica will
expand giving room for the rest to grow faster. Currently I Jelq 2-3 times a week, the rest ULIs. So my dick is
always a bit tired, up to the limit of, "should I really do this today?"
Because I do not do jelqing specific days like 5 on 2 off. My dick will not get that tired.BPEL...7.0 ...7.75....8

I find the tunica easier to target with pulls and bends from the outside. Ulis are for CS/CCs IMO.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"

Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume
275ml-435ml in 3 years, 6 months(active 2 years) for +58% volume
