length gaining routines?

I'm fucking super stoked about PE right now after seeing some of the gains that my fellow PEers have made

now I have a few questions about PE

like can I do manual exercises that only increase length? That's all I am concerned with right now...

Do I have to warm up every time?

How do I keep PE a secret from family members???

You can do manual exercises that only increases length such as stretching..

You keep PE secret from family memeber by doing it at night (if you're alone, don't have a gf) or in the morning shower if you have a short routine. (It really depends on your day and who you lives with

I live with my dad my mom passed away 5 years ago while I was in high school
I take care of him and he takes care of me
He's physically disabled while I am mentally disabled...
he became a hoarder after she passed away and can no longer get to his room he sleeps and spends all his time in the living room which is where I would have to go through to get hot water to warm up with
We don't have hot water running through the house so I have to heat up water in the microwave which really sucks bawls so I don't know how I am gonna get hot water to do warm ups it'd be hard to do that every day and not have to explain what your doing with it

Any suggestions?

If you are gonna focus on stretching, I would still add a set of jelqing to make sure you don't lose any erection quality.

Just get the hot water from the bathroom? instead of the kitchen? Also when your dad goes to sleep let's say at 10pm you can easily do some stretches and some stuff before you go to bed

(since your dad is pshycially disabled I'd assume he goes to bed a bit earlier than average)

Have you thought about a rice sock? I think it's much better than hot water ..

...though you still may have to have an excuse daily.

You could probably heat the sock at the same time as some food so your dad won't get suspicious. Plus you could put the sock in your pocket to stay inconspicuous.
