Are you really overweight still? Maybe thats why you havent gotten more but 1/2 is still decent.
I need to loose about 80-90pounds so im hoping for 1-1.5 gain im 240 goin for 160-170 ish

liposuction is not the answer. just loose the weight and see what you are working with then.
PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

MSEG: 5.8" +.2"
NBPFL: 4.8" +.8"
I got the results without PE. I changed up my lifestyle, started working out, lost a whole lot of weight and increased my EQ.
Goal for satisfaction:
7" NBPEL and a great physique.

Yes each person is different . My pad was an inch at 12% bf, but it has been virtually nothing when I was down cery lean.

I believe that you have to have like super defined abs atleast to get a NBPEL that's close to your BPEL.
Losing weight is the best way to gain penile length, because you'll be more healthy overall with better erection quality etcetc.
If i get super lean and still have a noticable fatpad, im going to be mighty disappointed.

BPEL is true length IMO.
When you're having sex and going in deep, your fat pad suddenly doesn't become bone and prevent you from going in further, it compresses just like when you push on it and you gain that extra inch. So BPEL = true erect length. NBPEL = show length.
I take it some men think BPEL is cheating or not "true length" but they have it backwards IMO. If you think about it logically, NBPEL doesn't really make sense as being the standard for length as that isn't your true length when having sex (which should automatically make BPEL the standard, since sex is the #1 activity you do with an erection).
NBPEL amounts to sort of a "bragging rights" length. Because you look bigger with an 7'' with almost no fatpad (being totally in shape) vs an 8" with over an " of fatpad.Last edited by Dear Ambellina; 04-06-2014 at 02:01 PM.

I do not think there is a health gain below 12%.
I agree with DA re nbpel vs bpel.
