    I have been doing only stretches and jelqing,increasing each by 5 min each week for 7 weeks...I haven't been edging or doing kegels...Are these exercises vital for penis growth?

    Kegels are supposed to improve EQ, the overall health of the dick. I don't know what the logic behind edging is but if I'm doing any girth work it will be edging (ejaculating and holding in for 40-50 minutes at a time) and my latest measurement was 4.75" MSEG, .75" increase in girth from last measurement. So do them if you can fit them into your day. But if you are just beginning, you should just stick to basic jelqs and stretches for some newbie gains, but more is more...
