    Well I done a full 5 days of JP's beginners programme last week and this week the first 4 days went ok but was finding it harder and harder to keep my erection level right for the jelqs as I got closer to the end and on day 5 didn't even get to half way through the programme before I went to full flop and could not raise it back even if a porn star walked in at that moment so I had to abandon the training.

    Since I have started this programme I can't remember 1 single day I had a full erection (which has been 2 weeks now), until today after completely losing any chance of raising my erection level on the 5th day I mentioned above and had to abandon.. I had a power nap for an hour and to my full surprise I had my first erection in two weeks.. it was 100% hard and felt sooo good! while it lasted! within 30 seconds of this it was straight back to the usual flop.

    Also this week my penis has got so many red dots mostly at the end of it, I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not?

    I currently have anxiety issues I'm working on so my thinking is that it's my anxiety that's keeping me from an erection which is why when I went to sleep it shot up and when I woke up it shot back down, do you guys think this could be the case? or does my penis need further condition following the programme? or a bit of both?

    It's really swaying me to stop the programme and just be happy with my size and focus solely on keagels and reverse kegeals but as I have the time and would like to see some gains it's really hard for me to decide which way to go with this.

    Any advice/tips or just support would be most appreciated! Thanks.

    Red dots and lower EQ points directly to overtraining. The reason you had good EQ after the session you abandoned is because you had the right level of exercise. Reread the article about PIs and be sure to follow it. Red dots every now and then is kind of a neutral PI but combined with poor EQ means you need to lighten up. Reduce reps or time (depending on how you are keeping track), lower erection level with jelqs and consider more rest time (growth happens on rest days, not training days. Go to two on/1 off or three on/two off days, it could be that 5/2 is too much for you). It's important to follow the routine as its presented, but more important to learn the PIs and adjust to what your body is telling you. Find your balance.

    And keep in mind what you are doing this for - being with her. Don't ever let your PE come between the real thing.

      Try 2 on 1 off because you are over training as mentioned above. More is not always better.

        When it comes to PE, its not how much you do it, its how efficient you are. Also, take a few days off, your EQ will go up.
        I do not PE everyday, I do jelq and Ulis hard 2-3 times every week max, all other days I only do Ulis. Also, take 2 days off
        regularly when my dong feels exhausted, if it doesnt I keep going, always on the edge to rest that is.

          Cheers guys for your input I was starting to think it was something mental as to loosing my EQ due to other people saying the programme was working for them but I do feel 5 days on 2 off if too much for me (well my fellow member), I like to take saturday and sunday off from PE so I can stay at friends then and PE wouldn't be practical or sensibly at some one else's house so would you say monday and tuesday on wednesday-off thursday and friday on sounds good? If so that would work with me!

            Lots of people go gung ho when they start PE.. Remember to start very slow and progress your way to kicking ass.. PE is a life sport man.. Take it easy.. Red dots and lower EQ signs of over training brother. Dont worry nothing permanent just slow it on down there.

                  I think the "2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off" plan you mentioned in your last post would work fine. Especially since you've now overworked your unit. Having the extra day off on Sunday is probably a good idea. In a few weeks you can always upgrade to a constant 2 on 1 off schedule - assuming you keep a careful watch on your PIs!

                  Also, how strong of a grip are you using on your jelqs? You may need to lighten up on the grip or check your technique/speed.

                    Absolutely, that is a great split and many have had success with that. Some with even just 3 times a week. We all react differently.

                      The first week if was going to town with the grip but I have loosen it up this week just using moderate pressure.

                      I'm going to try the four day a week routine this week and see how that goes and take it from there, thanks all

                        Hell yeah!

                        Man oh man have I missed that feeling...

                        Well after abandoning the 5th day of my work-out yesterday due to my EQ failing, today I put the television on was flicking through the channels when strictly come dancing came on (maybe it was ballroom dancing or something I didn't pay much attention to the title) straight away there was a gorgeous blonde doing her thing... which instantly got my attention and I felt my male member raising.

                        I thought this may be a good time to test my EQ so I whipped him out and within seconds it was fully hard probably the hardest it's been in years, rock solid. So I turned the tv off to practise my self stimulation and to my surprise it stayed that way for the whole edging session, I wasn't able to last as long as when I've edged with a lesser erection but I think that's normally since it felt a lot better this time... after 20minutes of holding myself back from the ponr I felt it coming so tried to keagel it out but timed it wrong which finished the job but don't think I would have kept that moment back anyway.

                        Also I manged to finally get my measurements but was a bit confused by the marking in an inch with there being 16 little lines in a inch? my ruler was only 6 inches which I had never managed to get past before but this time it went past 6 inch's with roughly 3 little lines more so would that be 6.3? and my girth was 4 and a half so would that be 4.8?

                        So 4 days a week work-outs for me from now on With 1weekly edging session for observations.
