  • Anti Porn vs Edging & Ballooning

    Hello

    First post here, 3 days into the JP90 and looking forward to the benefits it has to offer

    I've done a lot of reading about Edging ad Ballooning and have started doing these exercise along side watching porn, I make a point not to finish up and just edge for as long as possible.

    Since I've started I've read a lot of material about how Porn plays on your mind, especially if you're addicted and that it can contribute to PE and ED.

    I don't think I have an addiction as such, I normally look at porn 3-4, maybe 7 days a week, I've already cut down since I've started PEing, at the same time I have no problem getting a strong erection with my girlfriend. I dont last as long as I want to but wouldn't really go as far as to say I have PE, in any case that is exactly what I'm doing the edging for.

    So I was hoping some one could let me know if using Porn for my edging/ballooning is a bad thing or if I'm ok to keep it going?
    (or if there is a way that I can find out myself if its good or bad for me)

    If you're regularly sexually active, then you might not need any edging/ballooning in your routine. Edging/ballooning and the like are for improving EQ and sexual confidence, and for helping to enhance the "enlargement" portion of your training.

      Thanks for the response and the link, I've had a read through it and found it quite useful.

      I do wish to continue these exercises to maintain/improve EQ and improve my duration/and have better control,

      Based on the articles against porn and the one linked above, is it therefore better to Balloon/Edge without Porn?
      Start (Sept 13): BPEL: 6.75, EG: 5.0, BPFL: 5.0, FG: 4.25

      Realistic Goal: BPEL: 7.5, EG: 5.75

      Ultimate Goal: BPEL: 8.5, EG: 6.5

        I do it sometimes but I try to do less edging since watching porn is usually pretty time consuming and I want to use my time for more important things than watching porn
        Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
        Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
        The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

          If you need to readjust yourself, then training without porn will help. If you're not currently sexually active, then using your powers of visualization (i.e.- picturing yourself performing with confidence and capturing the "emotion" of that experience) should start to help.

          The emotional feel is VITAL to the process, and while it may take some time to adjust, that's precisely what training is for.
