I stretch for 15 mins in the shower or untill the water goes cold in the mourning.Then I stretch for 45 mins at night or in the afternoon.
The stretches I do are up,down,left,right and straight while standing.Then I sit and do up ,down, left, right and straight but when I do down stretches I reach under and around my leg then grab my shaft and pull.I hold all my stretches for 1 min each.
During the 45 mins stretches I also add in Btc stretches with the left hand and right hand.Also I repeat my standing stretches but just all of them bundled and a A stretch added in with both hands.It's 45 mins so you will have alot of time to attack all angles.Also I just added doing a mandingo stretch yesterday.
